Thanks ,Doug,...Great minds think alike..I did pick up a wall mount hood at a flea market with the intentions of pulling out the blower and filters to graft them into a home made unit fabricated from sheet copper...Just thought one of those Artsy Types out there had some plans or sketches to feast the eyes on..Actually the cost of copper or stainless is only a few bucks,but going out and buying a commercial hood made of these materials is too costly as compared to everyday sheet metal . The actual fabrication labor for the manufacturer is the same, but the material cost difference doesn't justify the price they charge and I'm too cheap to pay it..Be glad to pay for plans though..Jim
