Sounds like to me that you tried to take advantage of Sears and they stood their ground. Your tools were in a fire and you EXPECT sears to replace them? Give me a break. If the fire affected your tools it is NOT their fault yet you expect Sears to take a loss and replace your defaced tools with new ones? Get real. You had a fire. You were not insured. That's your fault and not Sears. Sell some of those tools and buy some insurance. Three cheers for Sears!
