floor natural (Synteko only) or does it have a stain on it?
If it is natural, use a scraper and take the finish off the board(s) carefully sand the scratch out and feather it in so you do not have a gouge. Sand it with progressivly finer sandpaper #80, #100, #150. Apply a coat of synteko wait over night and sand lightly with #150, then apply another coat. You will notice the repair for awhile until you have some trafic on the floor.
If it is stained, you will also have to get some from your installer.
Remember this is a floor not a piano...you walk on it and it will get more scratches and dents, etc. The first one is always a killer but there will be more.
