Though you probably need a service tech or electrician to troubleshoot your heater. But if the blower is working and the heating elements are not, you may be only getting 120v, to a 120/240v appliance. Test for a 240v line voltage where the unit is spliced in. There can also be a bad thermostat/control or bad elements. Remember 120/240 voltages can be lethal, so if you don't know what to do, please call an electrician!!
