Insulation under floors in crawlspace

I dont recomend insulating the floors this can cause moisture problems on joist and floor sheathing, better to insulate the inside wall of the foundation with foam board. Dont insulate the riser or rim joist or this will cause moisture to collect on tmem and the mud sill or plate. The 6 mil poly ground cover is good and the fact that water is under the cover shows that it is doing its job
