Insulation in Floor Joists

Posted by Scott Clark on December 31st, 2002 06:53 PM

My pest control man told me that I needed to remove the insulation in my crawlspace between the floor joists becuase it will collect moisture and fungus and mildew will grow. It has never been flooded or wet. I have never heard of this and as far as I know isnuslating betwen the floor joists is a standard practice. Any advice?
