Insulation cover for Refridgerators?

I live in New England. I have a second refridgerator in my unheated garage. As the cold weather moves in I have noticed that the fridge is not keeping the correct temperature. I believe this is because the compressor on the back of the fridge doesn't kick on when it should because it thinks it's already cold enough. The food in the freezer is spoiling. Do you know of a place that some type of insulated cover for the back of the refridgerator can be bought and/or made? And the cost of this?
