Thanks for your help in advance I have an add on room in my home the room has clapboard and ceder shake siding with no tarpaper the inside of the room is finished in drywall the room is always cold even though there is ample baseboard heat The room has 3 outside walls that are always cold.I would like to take down the drywall and install insulation in the walls as there is none. would I install foam insolation and cut it to fit between the studs, or roll insolation that gets stapled to the stud? I feel that the wind is my major problem and at this time I can not rip of the shake and overlay the clapboard.

I look forward to someones advice.

thank you
