insulating block

Lance, I'm not really sure about insulating from the bottom up, but from what I remember of block-built homes they would normally be insulated by filling the blocks with vermiculite from the top of the block wall. Just not sure how that might be done on an existing home unless the block was open at the top in a gabled attic.
