installing blown insulation 100 year old home

My daughter is purchasing a home 100 years old 2 story, not accessable from outside, since interior walls will be refinished and painted we wonder about blowning insulation from interior. we don't want to strip walls out because of old wood trims.

How do you stop insulation from going in between floor joists as they are open to outside walls??
