If you have an attic where you want to put a fan you are in luck. First poke a small hole in the ceiling where you are going to put the fan then run a coat hanger up than go into the attic(Only walk on joists!)and find the coat hanger in the ceiling than take your meatal outlet box and set it on the ceiling and with a pencil trace the outline of the box on the ceiling than take a "key hole saw" and cut out the shape of the box than attach the box on the ceiling joist using nails or screws than poke a hole in the ceiling next to the curcuit panel than run a piece if 14-2 wire with ground through the hole and over to the box and remove a knock out tab in the box install a cable clamp than feed the wire through the box and leave about 8 inches of wire coming out of the box come out of the attic and use a step latter and install your fan Hire an electrician to install the breaker (DON'T TRY THIS YOURSELF!!!)fuse boxes are tricky and they can be very dangerous so we recomend you do know work inside of yours Well enjoy your fan.
