I concur.

Real wood is good only for tehe value of an older home. The "Other than wood" is far easier to maintain, but you should know that if, in the future, you wish to paint them other than their origional color, you have to paint them the same color or LIGHTER. There is also a special process and special primers that have to be used for the painting of vinyl and fiberglass components.
