Greetings Jason S.,

Suzanne answered your question quite right nine hours before you asked it again.

One of the best things about this site is that if someone replies to you problem and everyone agrees, you may only get one answer. If everyone does not agree, you will get more post telling you they do not agree.

It's like a check and balance system here.

The only word of advice I would give you is, do not have any green part of a shrub within two feet of your house that is above your sill. This could trap moisture against the house and could lead to the rotting of your sill.

Good luck,
Jason

Ps. From one Jason to another, listen to Suzanne!
