If one's bad, the whole kit should go...

Just pull the whole door out and replace the whole kit. The rails should be fine, but replace the nylon guide bushings around the frame, and BOTH door rollers. If you are tired of the door itself, you could replace that while you're at it. Just use a hollow core door blank, and install the hardware per the package instructions, (and based on what you see on the old door.)
