if its both sides with low pressure

I would suspect a clogged up sink faucet. is it a one handle or two handle? do you have copper or galvanized iron or pvc water lines in your house ?? old is the house? if its old galvanized pipes then it could be rust build up inside that has restricted the water flow/rate. post back with more info so we can help . when did this low water pressure start in the kitchen ...recently...or after some other remodeling or repair work done to the water lines. or how old is the faucet and when was it last rebuilt or replaced ? LJ
