There can be several things to check. 1st check solenoid at lower back of unit, either check continuity or apply 120 vac to solenoid for just a couple of seconds, to see if it activates. next check fill tube inside freezer, may be frozen, if frozen thaw & replace solenoid. If solenoid okay and fill tube inside freezer not frozen problem is with icemaker.. depending on model most likely is the motor module mounted on front of IM with 3 screws cost approx $75.oo... could be IM thermostat.. easiet thing is just replace IM cost approx 125.00..
