I should have said ignore and/or lie. (Not ignore and lie ...)

As far as prospective homeowners knowing what questions to ask and/or what 'things' they should know, unless they know EVERYTHING about the type of home, its age, and its location, they still won't have all the answers. All I'M saying is that it would be 'nice' to have some honesty. I understand that one could 'ignore' the problem but this is not the case here. It's actually the complete opposite - She wants to know because, as you suggest, she IS aware.

Anyways, those who don't know, implicitly ignore. Those who know can choose to ignore, and/or lie, or choose to find out, and go from there. In short, to each his own ...
