that OSB is designed to be under something and not to be sealed or painted.
I made a dog house for a neighbor last month out of this stuff, because they told me it would be used under a car port and out of the weather. I suggested this strongly because I knew the limitations of this material.
Anyway, they changed their minds and painted it. The moisture in the paint over about a months time caused the chips to curl and release.
So, I would not think that OSB would take ANY sort of coatings. If still curious, get a small piece and do some sampling.
Too much resin and glues, too suseptable to moisture causing releasing of the strands.
