and I never have had a problem, but then I clean it after every deck or construction job. I over clean it.

You know when my gun does that it is indicating that either the gas canister is getting low or that my battery pack is getting weak. You have only one battery pack. I bought an extra one and found that my original pack was defective. We are supposed to get about 5000 shots on a pack, but mine was only maybe 500. I bought a new one and my problem went away.

Clean it, take care of it, and monitor the amount of shots per pack. I constantly do this on the job, because I know how many nails to a sleeve and just keep a mental count on the sleeves unsed or in my pouch.

Call or pull up Paslode and tell them of your concern, they are great about assisting you. They sent me the pack in the mail free without questions.
