Get someone to look at it. I would need to remove some flooring or ceiling before I could hazard a recommendation. You may have broken joists or a wall or the foundation has shifted. You may be on the right track that new joists may be part of the answer along with some bracing.

In the meantime, quit letting those 300 pounders do their aerobics up there. Good luck.
