sistering will work for you and be sure to use stainless screws and screw in a line of screws every 8 inches down the sisters, then on the other side of the joist, sister there and screw there also. Sistering really only works if you do not leave it hanging but wedge it up and support it otherwise its more weight. Get some cinder blocks for pilons ifyou will. Do all of this before you add the water to the tank as I am sure it will settle in and set on the new pilons you added.
