All that you've added to this 'discussion' is valuable information. In a way, it's good that there are 'things' like Codes of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and Licenses. Hopefully, some reasonable combination of these things will keep the rif-raf OUT of such a critical business. Yup, in this great country of ours, you can certainly sue for negligence. (Of course, as with any court case, 'it' has to be proven. LOL)
Hey, welcome to the Club of Non-stop Talking! (It's not as exclusive as you might think. :) ) Yea, licensing would hold, again, deter the rif-raf. Ya know, what can the Average Joe go by these days??! Nothing's a sure thing any more. Oh, and State Control? I thought it could be conscrewed to be just another 'revenue source'!
