I have the hardest concrete in the world used as a stucco look on the lower part of my home, (below the siding).
I took a cold chistel and a mall to it without a dent.
The previous owners repaired some cracks then had some paint slapped on the stucco it just before selling. They didn't even hit it with a water hose. It has all peeled off in small sheets.
The peeling paint feels like thin plastic.
What is your recommendation to re-doing it?
I like Ms. Smith's white wash idea after perhaps sand blasting it (and even that might not effect it).
