did an oshman's sporting goods ceiling that had exposed girders and dust and some blown insulation and then primed and painted. I had the spray rigs and the compressors for blowing the ceiling of debris. But, I had to rent a wonderful tool that I wish I had, it was a sissor jack self propelled unit from up high. It made the job very easy.
This ceiling was about 100ft by 100ft. I had many phases of the job, remove the debris and insulation, clean the girders, prime and paint. I charged, labor only, $12k, material was about $2500.
