Greetings BobF,

I think he is talking about an under ground drainage hose.

I believe the flat hose you are thinking about is the one I have seen on TV with the woman who uses the 50' flat hose. You get a free storage wheel though!

I have to laugh when I think what would happen if you only needed twenty feet of hose and you pulled out twenty feet and turned the water on.

Nothing would happen! You would have to pull out all 50' in order for the hose to work.

I think I'll stick to my old hose and reel.

This seems to be a step backwards...unless you own a very small fire truck that needs a hose!
