Hydronic Heat

I have new construction in which I have installed hydronic hot water heat. I am told to put concrete cure and seal on the new concrete. Will this have any effect on the performance of the hot water heat or installation of engineered hardwood. I also have installed hot water heat in the garage. Is there a clear sealer for new concrete that is best at resisting oil stains without painting it or hurting the efficiency of the hot water heat?
