I put all hurd products in my new house in 1991
and have recently found 3 sashes and 1 french door that have failed. I too contacted hurd to complain and was given the cold shoulder. I agree
that there is power in numbers and would love to get together with some of you to consider a class action suit on the east coast. The hurd people I spoke with don't deny that there were problems with their sealant,so why won't they accept responsibility for these units? I think
they deserve to be held accountable.Iwould love
