My home was built in 1905. While we love the farm house charm of our home there's a lot of work needed. Our basement is a cellar which is used only for storage space. There are a number of other projects that we would like to have done to our home, however, we thought that having a new foundation poured would be a great start. Before moving into our new home we did have some foundation work done to the house but I fear that was more of a bandaid on our problem than we realized.
We desire to have a new basement which will serve as additional living space, not to mention many other projects that we will definately be considering.
Can anyone help? (Lanham, MD)
