i just purchased my first router, a sears craftsman. i don't know how to use it to it's fullest capacity. i'm actually making decorative shelves, crafts, etc. i can't get the right edge. i also bought a little set of bits, and this may be a dumb ???, but when i use the bits, can i turn them upside down to get a different cut. i'm afraid to try for fear of breaking something. they have screw holes on top and bottom and the pilots fit in either spot. yeah i'm a woman, so don't laugh - i know i'm asking "woman" ???. anyway, how do i get the bit to cut the way the pictures look. the salesman at sears made it sound like this was a piece of cake, but as i've discovered there's a little more to than that! thanks!
