ONE HALF OF OUR HOUSE IS LOSING ELECTRICITY AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER DOES NOT POP. WE HAVE GONE UP IN THE ATTIC & CHECKED FOR EXPOSED WIRE, REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER AND NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. THE POWER LOSE ONLY HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE HOME AND USE LIGHTS, TV'S ETC. ON THAT SIDE OF THE HOUSE. WHILE WE ARE AT WORK EVERYTHING IS FINE SINCE OUR ALARM CLOCKS ARE STILL WORKING, ETC. ONCE WE GET HOME AND USE ANYTHING ELECTRICAL ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WE LOSE POWER AND IT RANDOMLY COMES BACK ON. NO CIRCUIT BREAKER HAS POPPED??? ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DIAGNOSE?
