House Moisture

Posted by Lance Woinarowicz on November 21st, 2000 10:13 AM

I live in a ranch style house with a basement. With recent rains I had some water in the basement about 3 weeks ago. The water is gone, but now the weather has turned cold. I'am starting to get codensation and ice on the master bedroom bay windows. I have an air exchanger that runs all day and I also turn the furnace fan on for eight hours a day to help circulate the air. There is attic fan also that I use to try to get rid of the moisture. The other bay and regular windows aren't as bad as the bay windows in the master bedroom. What else can I do to try to prevent codensation and ice forming on the windows. My house is 20 years old and the windows are 4 years old.
