I just had an inspection on my "potential" new house. The home is 12 yrs old. The inspector pointed out some cracks in the walls of the basement where water had leaked in at one time and since have been repaired. The seller's had a professional come in and escavate and repair the wall from the outside. There are also a couple of smaller cracks in the walls that were explained to us as "normal". We did see the basement after days of rain and it was bone dry, should I be concerned?
