FYI, caps make your post very hard to read, really not necessary.

What area of the country do you reside? What do you keep your thermostat on? How often do your change your filters? Is your outdoor unit open and allowing ventilation all around the unit? How often do you have your unit serviced or checked for freon?

Mobile homes are not the most effecient means to maintain and conserve indoor conditioning. You can make the home more effecient by having trees around, applying a more effecient coating on your roof and having a nice skirting all around your home.

Other than these basic things the other things you can look at are: a more effecient unit, more insulation, or a higher R factor, Windows with room darkening shades, double glass windows, a thorough walk around looking for areas that air is leaking from and fixing that by way of caulk or insulation.

This is a very tough call to make without a site inspection and that person would be your local AC service tech.

Good Luck
