I'm not clear on what you mean when you say 'spaces'. Do you mean the 'spaces between the tiles'? And what do you mean when you say 'bleeding'? Is the grout between the tiles 'moving', or something?

If what you're describing is dried grout being left behind from the 'trowling process', I don't know of a way it can be removed. Part of 'the process' is to damp-wipe the tile to remove any residual residue. Sorry, but maybe someone else has something else to add. If you had a contractor do the job, call him back. If not, contact the tile mfgr. to see what they say.
