Well Max,

Unfortunately, your question is kind of open ended. Are these circuits for additional outlets? Is there room on the 100 amp panel? Is this for a new construction or existing?

If you aren't limited by the 100 amp panel (most newer decent sized houses use 200 amp service), and the work is for an older house that is underserved, it could run into a lot of time to fish wires. I would anticipate costs of $500-$1200.

If the work is for a new addition on the house, or an attic addition or basement, it sounds like a day long project for an electrician. I would anticipate costs of about $400-$700.

If you need a service upgrade to 200 amp and the circuits, you could be looking at $1800-$3000.

Other factors, such as locale might drive these prices in the higher direction, but probably not lower.
