High Pessure Tactics

I had window priced by several different companies including Polar Windows (Ray-O-Max).
Their high pressure tactics scared me off. I also felt like I was treated like an infant when I tried to get technical information about the product. They told me they have an ER rating of 16 on their windows, but would not put it in writing that my windows would have that rating. After dealing with the other companies I learned that Polar Ray-O-Max is the equivelant of buying a used car from the stereotypical salesman.

It may be a good product but I wouldn't buy it because of the tactics.
