Sorry, Betty, but I'm not Bob. BUT, I can be of some assistance ...

Perhaps, and I say perhaps, a hair dryer may help. Just for the record, apply the heat from the side; not directly to the top of the tile. If you try to heat the glue from the top, you have to heat the tile first to get to the glue! This will take forever. So, heat the glue where it meats the bottom of the tile. You may have to chip away one tile in the middle of the floor, then work you way to the sides.

If you hair dryer is hot enough, it may work. If it doesn't, you may need a heat gun. Depending on how much area you can cover with the gun, a 1" or 2" putty knife is what you need. My best to ya and hope this helps.
