If you have read all the pros and cons, then that is good. you know about the smell, the dust, the drying time, the yellowing, and the coats.

if you can deal with the drying time and the dust, what about the yellowing. This is my main concern. Then the second is dust management. Dust will make or break a new finished floor. If the drying time per coat is one day, then how will you manage and minimize the dust for that time period?

With water, your drying time is about one hour. Under normal circumstances and with lighter coats, you can come right back in an hour or two with another light coat. You can minimize dust.
