Hi, David. The real problem is that heat rises and stays in the top of your A frame. The solution is a couple of ceiling fans that will get it moving down and eventually equalizing the temperature between the roof and floor areas. If you put in an air conditioning duct, it may help some but the heat will just push it down without constant air circulation. The good news is that a couple of good strong fans and their wiring should not cost that much.

Good luck
