I went to 3 years of school for electronics and I am also a network engineer. It does not seem to be rocket science, by looking at the diagram inside both units, it seems pretty easy!!! But I did call a rheem certified dealer and they said they would charge 65 hour to hook it up plus parts. So If I get the unit in place and put the two lines and duct work in. And I have the tank of r22 it should nt cost that much to finish the job! I think I could install the wiring , it does not look like you need alot of brians to figure it out. Now for the r22 that for the pro !!!
