Greetings Janet,

You say that you have lived in the house for three years and recently you bought it.

You say "We" have bled them and nothing happens.
Does the circulator run?
Do you have fire in your box?
What is the thermastat on?
Who took care of it the first two years?

Who is the "We", your plumber? I think that is the guy you should try!

I would not keep trying to fix this yourselves.

I would bring in the pro and have him fix it and have him explain what he is doing and how the system works so you can trouble shoot the small stuff.

I know this sounds strange but, after it is running you should read up on your system and become more comfortable with it. This is the same with most of the major componants of your house.

Good luck,
