Bob, If the bedrooms have the wider plank pine flooring, the home should not be touted as "hardwood floors throughout." The pine flooring is not to be considered a hardwood flooring and, from my experience, would be unusual in bedrooms of a 1923 home, where I would expect such in the kitchen/bath areas.

If you're considering making an offer on this home, this would definitely be a point of consideration in determining values, especially if you were considering the revival of hardwood floors.
