Gee, Tracy, you made it through the worse part of the project. The sanding is messy and time consuming. Usually, you don't strip, just sand off the varnish and level the floor with the sander.
You can apply the varnish with a pad, not a brush, to make the varnishing go faster. You will want to lightly sand again after the first coat is dry (use a floor buffer and an old sanding screen for this if you can). And be sure to get all the dust out of the room and off the floor with a vacuum and then tack rags before you do any varnishing.
So you will not have that much work time involved from here on out. But you will have a day for every coat of varnish to dry.
