pretty good stuff, I would almost count on if using this that this will be your last siding encounters.

Its primed, wood grained, termite proof, fire proof, hail resistant, and should last forever. Hardi is having trouble with his Hardi roofing, so be carefull here.

I use this where people have R-105 siding that runs down to the ground and having trouble with rot. This stuff is great there.

If there is a down side to this, it would be the mess in cutting, and harder to nail and screww into. Like all things, if you use this be sure to use only stainless screws or if using nails, then stainless ring shanked. Nails are hard to start and actually not real easy, screws are ok.

Be sure to caulk the joints with a good 35 year sil/latex caulk.

You know that this comes in sheets and also in 10" lengths.
