WE HAVE USED THIS MATERIAL EXTENSIVELY AND ARE VERY PLEASED; WE HAVE A RAISED 15 X 36 FOOT GOLDFISH POOL AND USED THE STUCCO PATTERN FOR THE SURROUND WITH A BRIC WALK/SEAT AND IN SPITE OF PARTIAL SUBMERSION, IT HAS SHOWN NO DETERIORATION IN THREE YEARS. ALSO HAVE AN OUTSIDE SHOWER LINED WITH IT AND THE REAR WALL OF OUR ATTACHED GREEN HOUSE (14 X 46 FEET . WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. I INSTALL WITH STAINLESS SCREWS, THEN DAB A BIT OF SILICON CAULK ON THE HEAD BEFORE PAINTING, AND YOU CANNOT TELL WHERE THE SCREWS ARE LOCATED; I SAW WITH A DIAMOND SAW BLADE IN MY 7 1/4" PORTABLE SAW.
