In July 2000 we moved inthe btand new house where beech hard wood floor was installed in May 2000. At the time of settliment the floor had started cupping, warping and buckling. The installershave blamed high level of moisture during rainyspring and summer 2000. They reassured us that dryer weather along with heater will diminish the moisture level and floor will be all right. But now in March 2001 the floor has visisble curbs and gaps between strips, which are up to three feet long and wide enough to insert two credut cards. Has anyone ever had this problem with a new floor? How was it resolved.
