Like the others said you must make sure the vent hose has no sags in it. Also when I install them through unheated space i use insulated duct for added protection against condensation. It is not a bad idea to install a 30 minute timer for the fan. Turn it on BEFORE you go into the shower and it will run for a bit after you are done and turn of by itself.
