I agree with Floorguy. I have had excellent success with the Custom brand grout colorant that Home Depot carries. It seals very well. I don't know how necessary it is, but I always clean existing grout with Sulphamic acid and rinse really well with distilled water and dry well before applying the colorant. One of those jobs you only want to do once, so take care to get it right the first time. Good luck, Kizmet
