Ground heave

Can't say for sure without seeing it but it is probably a problem with ground/frost heave caused by the freeze/thaw cycle in the ground which makes the soil move. The way to fix this is to have your house sitting level on concrete footings/foundation/piers that go down below the frost line/level which may be deep where you are at unless you are in the rainy area.(I forget where the NW territories are).
