I know what you're looking for. My parents bought
a kit from a place in either Mississippi or Alabama
some 25+ years ago. It's still chiming strong.

You had your choice of just plans, on up to complete clock.
Any level of assembly in between was available (pre-cut wood,
wood just marked--you cut, etc).
